KRISTY CLARKE children’s poet and needle felter lives in Oakville, ON with her husband Stephen, son Amos and step-son Braedon.

She spends her days playing with Amos and taking many walks while dreaming up new characters and poems.

Kristy hand needle felts each one of the woodland’s critters. A process by which wool roving is sculpted by hand with a barbed needle.

She is the author of Woodland Rhymes for Little Ones (2015) and Miss. Abigail and the Missing Cupcake (2014).
